This project scope of work is limited to minor fire sprinkler protection & associated electrical work in elevator machine room. Penthouse Level 5: replace resident room doors, chiller replacement, new TPO roof, exterior soffit insulation & LED light replacement, wall guards, sealing & painting in kitchen and installing conduit for AT&T fiber optic I.T. network between new Russell IDF closets and Wheeler Building existing MDF closet, minor electrical repairs & added circuits for mini-split HVAC for IDF closets and kitchen electrical devices. Wheeler Building scope of work is limited to fiber optic conduit feed to Russell Bldg. Vinson Building scope of work is limited to minor fire sprinkler & related electrical work in elevator machine room, Level 1. Wood Building scope of work is limited to minor fire sprinkler protection and associated electrical work in elevator machine room, Level 1.
