The work will include the Streetscaping of Schleisman Road east of Hamner Avenue, together with the frontage of Hamner Avenue, along Hamner Plans, approximately 960 linear feet. Streetscape improvements will include but are not limited to the installation and construction of irrigation, planting, hardscape, fixtures, amenity nodes, electrical, lighting, concrete sidewalk, pedestrian pavers, rubberized AC Pavement, concrete, and roadway pavers as shown in the bid documents. Questions due by May 1st @ 2:00 PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
