Work is to include, but not be limited to, removal and haul away of the existing Community Room/Trailer, patio/shade cover/trellis, unwanted paving/asphalt, ramps, curb & gutter, landscaping/vegetation, trash enclosure, storm drain inlet, existing parking lot light fixtures and the over excavation of soil/material in order to carry out the work as required within this RFB.Also there is site prep and construction. Prevailing wages. Bonds required. Q&A due 09/17/20 at 2PM.
