The Harbor Drive Community Park construction consist of, but is not limited to, clearing, grubbing, grading, and pavement for walking paths, a playground, and a parking lot. Additional elements included in the project are two drinking fountains, play equipment, updated storm drain pipes and structures, vegetated areas, and various site furnishings.
