Third Floor Main Conference Room (3W-12) in the Palm Beach County Building at 2300 North Jog Road, West Palm Beach, Florida.
The intent of the Contract is to provide for the construction and completion in every detail of the Work described in the Contract. Furnish all labor, Materials, Equipment, tools, transportation and supplies required to complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. All of the Work involved in this project shall conform to the construction Plans and Specifications and shall be completed in a workmanlike manner. All debris is to be removed within the time specified in the Contract. Accompanying this Proposal is a Proposal Guaranty (Bid Bond) made payable to Palm Beach County, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida, in the sum of 5% of amount bid which is to be forfeited as liquidated damages if, in case this Proposal is accepted, the Contractor should fail to execute the attached Contract under the conditions of this Proposal; otherwise, the Bid Bond is to be returned to the Contractor upon the delivery of a satisfactory Bond. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
