PURPOSE The Toho Water Authority is soliciting sealed, competitive bids from qualified licensed Contractors for the repair of the cast in place concrete reject basin located at Harmony Waste Water Treatment plant at 7200 E. Irlo Bronson Highway, Saint Cloud, FL 34772. This ‘reject’ water tank is about 90’-0” X 40’-0”. The structure has experienced recent seepage through existing joint and cracks in both walls and wall to base slab joint. The awarded contractor will be required to have the capacity to do the following: 1) Repair exposed or corroded reinforcements on the exterior of the wall panels. 2) Perform crack injections on active leaks on the walls using polyurethane injection product. 3) Repair wall joints on the perimeter wall. Removal of existing joint material and replacements with new joint filler and sealant Application of water proofing system such as Sikadur-Combiflex is recommended. 4) Repair and painting of steel plates at the top of walkway/tie-beam. 5) Repair of the base wall in the area of the seepage
