Scope of Work To contract with a licensed electrical company for repair of an underground concentric neutral high voltage cable. The contractor will be required to have cable testing equipment equivalent to a Fault Wizard (http://www.iupcorprentals.com/iup-fault-wizard) Once the short has been located, 3M QS-II inline cable repair splice kit 5451R-CIR-21A or equivalent will be used to repair the high voltage concentric neutral cable. The contractor will be required to supply all necessary tools and equipment to perform the work. Before submitting proposals, contactors must fully inform themselves of the conditions, requirements and specifications of the work or materials to be furnished. Failure to do so will be at the contractors own risk and they cannot secure relief on the plea of error. The successful contractor must fully comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. See Attachment 1 for photos of the electrical system that fees the repeater at the site.Questions must be submitted via email by January 13, 2022.
