Henrico County invites bids for Building Automation System Upgrades to 54 HCPS facilities in accordance with the enclosed Specifications and General Terms and Conditions. The scope of services includes replacement, upgrade, and/or migration of the existing Apogee Insight Building Automation System (BAS) which is at or near end-of-life (EOL) (materials are no longer manufactured or supported by original Vendor). The preferred system shall include an operator interface that allows the BAS to interface with and/or manage all other existing BAS on the HCPS network. Current existing BAS include Automated Logic WebCTRL and Siemens DESIGO CC. The replacement, upgrade, and/or migration of the BAS at all HCPS facilities shall be Substantially Complete by Monday, October 9, 2023 for schools listed in Lot 2 and Monday, October 7, 2024 for schools listed in Lot 1. Questions due no later than September 16, 2022. Bonds required.
