Two scopes. Scope A: The project will consist of installation of a new membrane roof over the existing standing seam metal roof at the Gamily Services Bldg. Flutes shall be filled with loosely laid insulation material & then covered with a continuous half inch insulation board mechanically fastened to the existing metal roof. A PVC membrane will be over laid over the insulating materials the gutter & downspouts will be replaced with new. Scope B: At the Huron County Jail, the project will consist of installing a new membrane roof over the existing ballasted roof. The ballast material will be removed and stockpiled for the Owner’s use. A half inch insulation board will be installed over the existing roof. Roof drains will be cleaned & reused. Bonds & prevailing wages apply
