The Higginbotham Headwall Replacement (DR21-02) project consists of the following: remove & dispose of existing wing walls & debris, furnish & install seal slabs, construct wing wall, furnish & install select fill around wing wall, furnish & install rock rip rap, furnish & install flowable fill for rip rap and furnish & install topsoil and hydro mulch for all disturbed areas. The Broadway Wingwall Replacement (DR21-03) project consists of the following: remove & dispose of existing & debris, furnish & install seal slabs, furnish & install 48” headwalls, furnish & install 48” RCP, furnish & install select fill to extend slope, construct concrete flumes for cross drainage, furnish & install rock rip rap, furnish & install flowable fill for rip rap and furnish & install topsoil and hydro mulch for all disturbed areas. This bid combines two projects. Bidders may bid on one or both projects. The City will award construction contract(s) to contractor(s) with the lowest combined cost. Questions are due prior to seven days before the bid due date. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
