High Line Canal Trailhead Parking Lot 4200 E. Belleview Ave. Greenwood Village, CO

All labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide resurfacing of the High Line Canal Trail. TThe objective of this project is to improve the surface of the High Line Canal trail for the 5.6 miles within the City of Greenwood Village’s jurisdictional boundary. The trail is on average 17 feet wide. Contractor Responsibilities: 1. Contractor shall coordinate with the City to determine phased sections of work that considers pedestrian detours. 2. Contractor shall be responsible for all pedestrian detour signage. 3. Contractor will be response to ensure that material does not get pushed into the canal. 4. Contractor will be responsible for the protection of the existing vegetation along the existing trail and any adjacent trees. 5. Contractor shall be responsible for acquisition and cost of water. Hydrants through Southgate Water District is available near project site. Special Considerations: 1. It shall be assumed that there is no removal of existing materials. 2. Greenwood Village has no staging sites for project materials. Material shall be brought on site as required. Limited storage is available for equipment at City Parking Lots at 4200 E Belleview Ave. and 1001 E Orchard Rd. Questions due 8/23/22. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
