This project includes the replacement of an existing oil fired hot water boiler with associated pumps, expansion tank, air separator and associated piping electrical power distribution with an alternate to replace 2nd boiler. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work – HVAC or Mechanical and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime Update Statement (Form CQ 3). Filed sub bids will be received until Janauary 19, 2022 at 12:00pm. Sub trades include Electrical. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder’s Update Statement.
