Highland Park reservoir and pump station have reached the end of their useful life and are undersized for the area. The area (approximately 622 accounts) is currently supplied with a single 12" line with no looping. The project is to construct a second feed into the area. The improvements for this area would equalize the level of service and allow for the decommissioning of an antiquated pump station and reservoir. Note that the project is divided into two phases. Phase 1 is currently in construction. This request is to bid Phase 2 at this time.Location of project Crestway Drive from Mt. Barker Drive to Perry Lane; Perry Lane from Crestway Drive to approximately 700 feet southeast of Balcones Drive; Hancock Drive from Balcones Drive to approximately 350 feet southeast of Balcones Drive; and Balcones Drive from Perry Lane to RM 2222 Bonds required. Prevailing wages. MBE/WBE/DBW goals.
