The project will consist of modified bitumen roofing. The estimated time allowed for completion will be 180 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. Only general contractors who have been approved to bid pursuant to pre-qualification procedures and criteria established by the Owner will be eligible to bid for the Project. Any person or firm wishing to apply for pre-qualification may obtain a copy of the Owner's Pre-qualification Application Requirements from the Architect. Bonds Required.
