The City of St. Augustine is soliciting Bids to perform repairs and waterproofing in the Historic Downtown Parking Facility located at 10 Castillo Drive, St. Augustine, Florida 32084 per the specification and construction drawings. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to perform repairs and waterproofing in the Historic Downtown Parking Facility located at 10 Castillo Drive, St. Augustine, Florida 32084 per the attached specification and construction drawings. Substantial completion of the project shall be sixty (60) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. The Final Completion Date shall be one hundred twenty (90) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
