H.M Pearson Elementary School, located at 9347 Bastable Mill Rd., Catlett, VA 20119. Interested Bidders shall meet in the parking lot of the school.
Trades: Demolition Contractor, Building Moving, Wrecking: General Engineering Contractor or General Contractor
The purpose of this IFB is to establish a firm fixed price, lump sum contract with one qualified Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, permits and, incidentals required to perform all requirements as s specified herein, and indicated for the purpose of demolishing the Wastewater Treatment Plant at H.M Pearson Elementary School, located at 9347 Bastable Mill Rd., Catlett, VA 20119. Contactors to demolish the existing wastewater plant at HM Pearson Elementary School and restore to natural conditions. The existing brick & mortar building will remain. Work shall be substantially completed within 60 days of notice to proceed. Questions due no later than five (5) business days prior to the date set for the opening of bids or receipt of proposals. Bonds required.
