LeChase Construction Services, LLC, an EEO Employer, is looking for qualified and nys certified M/WBE contractors and vendors for the CU Hollister Hall Lab Renovations Project. The scope will include but is not limited to: Renovations of two rooms in Hollister Hall. a. Room 272 is approximately 1075 square feet of existing lab space that will get a new ADA compliant 4' fume hood, new workbench stations with cabinets underneath, outfitted with vacuum, gas, and lab air. New upper cabinets will be provided over the top of existing casework. Utility infrastructure will be brought in to support new equipment provided by the end user, including an emergency power circuit for a sub 80 degree freezer. No room finishes are anticipated since this space has been recently renovated. b. Room 254 is approximately 85 square feet that will be updated to bring new ventilation into the space to allow occupancy for a single piece of equipment, provided by end user.
