SHRA solicits qualification statements from contractors to qualify for a list of eligible contractors to repair homes that qualify for help. It is the intent of the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) to contract with general and specialty trade contractors for the purposes of completing repairs to dwellings in the City and County of Sacramento. Homeowners must be low income (meeting program income limits) and must own the home being repaired. This is a continuation of SHRA’s ongoing Home Repair Program (formerly known as ERP), where up to $5,000 of repairs per residence are covered under a Federal grant received and administered by SHRA. This program is designed to correct health and safety code-related deficiencies which require immediate attention. Definitions of the HRP and basic services are included as Attachment A. Questions due by May 14th @ 10:00 AM.
