Paint all exterior wood surfaces and exterior doors. Successful bidder will also be responsible for repairing or replacing all wood surfaces that are in too poor condition to accept paint. Existing paint is lead based and the successful bidder shall need to follow all applicable rules and regulations for working with lead. Pictures are attached to give a general idea but interested vendors must attend a required site visit.
