Horner Middle School, 4350 Irvington Ave., Fremont, CA 94538. All participants are required to sign in at the main parking lot. The Site Visit is expected to take approximately 1 hour. Failure to attend or tardiness will render bid ineligible.
Site work preparation for the installment of two portable classrooms supplied by Mobile Modular. Including but not limited to removal of AC, and compaction within the footprint of the new portables, new utility including Electrical, Fire alarm, Communications, and storm drains. Also included are interior improvements to the units including Mechanical. Electrical, and Information Technology. Site improvements include new fencing, and sidewalks. Bonds required. Prevailing wages. DVBE 3% goals.
