Ogden City will establish a bidders list of qualified contractors, from respondents to the ongoing Request for Qualifications processes. Ogden City reserves the right to determine the number of contractors, and to screen contractors based on qualifications. The contractor "bidders list" will be established for a minimum of one year and may be renewed at the City’s discretion. Ogden City will request competitive bids for work on the projects described above from contractors in the "bidders list". At its discretion, Ogden City may also request competitive bids from other qualified contractors not in the contractor "bidders list". The work will involve renovation of residential properties owned by, or under the direction of, Ogden City Community Development Division. Bonds required.
