The project consists of new paving of 0.25 miles of roadway with curbing, concrete driveway aprons and a 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk along both sides of the roadway. This project will be partially funded by CDBG Grant Funds and therefore would be subject to all CDBG requirements and regulations. Construction activities also include utility relocations, which include the removal of the of the existing potable water main and sanitary sewer lines and the installation of a proposed six inch water main and an eight inch gravity sanitary sewer on Hudson St between Ernest St and Sunny St. Bonds Required.
