This contract is to remove and replace the herein specified components of the Escambia County Sheriff’s Special Investigation Storage Building, 1600 W. Leonard Street, Pensacola, FL. Work includes full replacement of 4,326 SF shingle roof system including underlayment, perimeter drip edge flashing and a 20-year architectural dimensional shingle, and all through penetration flashing. Additional work includes replacement of 60 LF damaged or missing fascia flashing to match existing profiles and colors, remove and replace caulk around one window assembly at its perimeter to restore watertight conditions, and replacement of 12 SF damaged vinyl composition floor tile. The work shall be substantially completed within Sixty (60) calendar days from the Commencement Date. The Bidder agrees to fully complete all work included above within Ninety (90) consecutive calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Questions via email to Owner by 5/24/2022, 5:00pm.
