The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for a HVAC Control System Upgrade to the existing Cylon Auto-Matrix System at Ulster County Courthouse, 285 Wall St, Kingston, NY 12401. The vendor shall provide, install, and commission a Cylon Auto-Matrix factory authorized solution integrator, using factory trained service technicians. The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for a HVAC Control System Upgrade to the existing system at the Ulster County Courthouse. The vendor shall provide, install, and commission a Cylon Auto-Matrix factory authorized solution integrator, with factory trained service technicians. The Courthouse has PUP and LON networks that will continue to stay and be integrated into the new Integra control engine. General Scope of Work Upgrading HVAC Control System in Ulster County Courthouse Provide, install and commission Clyon Auto Matrix network controllers to interface with the existing building LON and PUP networks. Add and modify graphic screens on the user interface. Each bidder must submit with the bid a bid guarantee equivalent to five percent of the bid price.This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
