The Nantucket Public Schools, through its School Committee, invites qualified bidders to submit bids to provide preventative maintenance service and repair on all HVAC equipment, digital and Pneumatic controls located at the Nantucket Elementary, Nantucket Intermediate, Cyrus Peirce Middle, and Nantucket High Schools and the Central Offices. The contract will be for one year, with renewal option for up to two additional year(s), each at the sole discretion of the School. The Contract shall commence July 1, 2021 and will expire on June 30, 2022 unless extended for two additional years, at the sole discretion of the School. Deadline for questions is April 28, 2021 by 10:00am. Bidders must be DCAM Certified. Bonds and prevailing wages
