It is the intent of this request for bids to establish a term contract, with up to two (2) vendors for the City of Laredo Municipal Housing for labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide HVAC maintenance and repairs for City owned Municipal Housing properties on an “as needed” basis. Work shall be on both a general preventative maintenance and emergency servive & repairs basis. Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit their proposals electronically through use of Cit-E-Bid or in person - hand delivery. Mailed Bids (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS), telegraphic, or facsimile bids will not be considered. Questions are due by 12:00 PM on Oct 20th. 5% Local Vendor Preference applies.
