The Service Authority will provide the MS Teams link to requestors only. A Non-Mandatory Site Visit of all the locations is scheduled for 8:00 A.M. (EST) October 12, 2022, at Prince William County Service Authority 4 County Complex Court, Woodbridge, VA 22192.

The Purpose and Intent of this IFB is to establish a firm fixed hourly rates requirements contract with one (1) or more qualified source(s) for the procurement of HVAC Repair, Replacement and Preventive Maintenance Services, on an as-needed basis, for the Service Authority, hereinafter referred to as “Service Authority”, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein. The Service Authority may opt to make multiple contract awards from this Solicitation. The initial term of any Contract issued from this IFB shall be one (1) year from Date of Award with the option to renew for a period of four (4) additional one (1)-year periods. Questions should be submitted by the following deadline: October 27, 2022, at 12:00 noon (EST). Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
