54 Park Street, Ayer, MA. Ayer Police Station is a secure location, with areas that are restricted to the public. The site visit will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Friday October 1, 2021. Please contact Chuck Shultz to RSVP, Ayer Facilities Director crshultz@ayer.ma.us. Under no circumstance are bidders allowed past the designated restricted areas without a site visit scheduled on the designated dates and under the supervision of the Town Facilities Director. E-mail crshultz@ayer.ma.us to schedule site visit. Please note site visits will not be scheduled over the phone or in person.
The Work consists of replacing the existing Police Station (54 Park Street Ayer, MA) HVAC Roof Top Units including all plumbing, electrical connections, and controls and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications attached hereto. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item.
