Description of the Project: The design has provision for the replacement of the old Physical Plant equipment with the new modern energy-efficient and with much better air filtration outcome throughout the campus. The old mechanical equipment will be replaced in the Physical Education Building, Child Development Center, Center for Technology, the Training, Inc., the Student Center, and Biochemistry Labs. The part of the design also includes the significant upgrades to the Penthouses, the Chillers, and the existing Heating System. All newly installed mechanical equipment will have Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization devices which will enable the HVAC units to fight airborne pathogens like SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. Deadline for questions is June 3, 2022 by 11:00am.
