The Public Works Department of the Town of Christiansburg (hereafter referred to as the Town) intends to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for preventive and routine maintenance to and minor repairs of commercial (vs. residential) heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) equipment in Town owned or leased buildings. The initial term of the contract resulting from this RFP is intended to be from August 1, 2022 to June 30, 2024, with three one-year renewals. Questions due 3 days prior to bid date.
