This Contract provides for the improvement of SR 520 in King county from MP 0.00 to MP 0.41, and I-5 MP 167.12 to MP 168.37, I-5/Mercer St to SR 520/Portage Bay-I-5 Interchang. Improvements, by rebuilding portions of the SR 520/I-5 interchange including the five existing ramps, add a new reversible HOV Direct Access ramp between SR 520 and the I-5 Express Lanes, widen and add an auxiliary lane on the I-5 Express Lanes between Mercer St and SR 520, and reconfigure the existing southbound I-5 Express Lane off-ramp to westbound Mercer St to be reversible. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
