The Town of Leesburg, Virginia (Town) is requesting sealed bids from qualified Bidders to replace the existing Ida Lee Recreation Center PoolPak Number 2. This project includes all work to demolish and dispose of the existing PoolPak Model Number SWHP210-17E and install a new PoolPak Model Number PPK-200-WB-X-A4FH7203W0E3AN4 (OAFC Model Number NG-V-22-EOHSMO-V). The work includes, but is not limited to, all necessary demolition, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, grounding, testing and commissioning and all incidentals related thereto to complete the work as shown on the attached plans and specifications. The work will occur in a manner such that the existing PoolPak Unit Number 1 remains in service so that operation of the Recreation Center is not impacted by the work. The Town reserves the right to perform all, part, or none of the work. Q&A due by 5pm, 6/29/21. SBE documentation required. Bonds required.
