The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials for this project. This contract provides for the maintenance of epoxy markings in New Castle County. It provides for the re-striping of existing epoxy roadways and also for the complete removal of existing markings and replacing them with epoxy or retroreflective preformed pattern markings. The contractor shall be responsible for the removal of all debris and hazardous waste, and other incidental work as directed by the Engineer. This is a 1,095-calendar day contract with no possible extensions.
