Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, testing equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary, including travel, to and from the work location to complete required work on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annual basis. Contractor shall also provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to provide minor repairs as needed to the sodium hypochlorite injection and water treatment systems at the Idlewild Maintenance Station (MS). Bidder and/or subcontractor shall be licensed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and shall possess a valid and current Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) Certification with the California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) for Laboratory Testing and Analysis Services. 2. Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current Water Treatment Operators (T-1 or greater and D-1 or greater) Certification with the California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) and appear on the Certified Water Treatment & Distribution Operators list: Bonds required.
