The City of Warner Robins will receive sealed bids for the construction of the Industrial Park Division 1 – Water Treatment Plant. The Project consists of a 1 MGD Water Treatment Plant. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bidder’s bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the maximum bid. Such bid security shall be made payable to the City to serve as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract, if awarded the contract according to the terms of his bid, and he has been notified of such award.
