The City of Westminster (the “City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors (“Contractor”) to provide industrial waste recycling and disposal of hazardous, universal, special, and/or medical wastes (“Wastes”) produced internally from City facilities. Services must include the preparation of all labels, manifests, land bans, and pick-ups. Consultants requiring minimum quantities for pick-ups must note that the City cannot guarantee a specific schedule for pick-ups and all pick-ups are scheduled on an as needed basis through the City’s Environmental Services Program. Typically, a pick-up will be necessary each quarter.
