2022 advanced cleaning and inspection of bunker gear requirements: 1. Fire department bunker gear to be picked up (upon provided dates) and returned within 48 hours or less to accommodate 24/48 hour work schedule. 2. Spare bunker gear to be returned witin one (1) week of pick up date. 3. A detailed summary report, compliant with nfpa 1851, of all gear inspected shall be provided. 4. All minor repairs are to be included in the price. Minor repairs are to include: velcro, patches, rivets, snaps, triple trim, and moisture barrier repairs. 5. A date of inspection tag will need to be heat pressed to each inspected item. 6. A seperate heat pressed identification tag placed on all inspected items with port houston provided information. Example: first line, port houston fd; second line, coat - 001; third line, mfg date. 7. Complete bunker gear additional repairs spreadsheet with any additional charges that may be required that are not included in the line items quote. Bonds required.
