The scope of work is to install approximately 311’ of field fence along the property line of our Umatilla substation to include: The fence will be 1348-3-12.5ga. Class 3 coating 48” high. The fence will have one strand of barbed wire on top. The posts will be CCA 5”- 6”X 7’. The posts will be buried at least 2 ½’ below ground level in concrete.
