The successful proposal / quoter must be able to provide full camera coverage at PMHA’s Farley Square site. The new Digital Surveillance System shall be connected back to a single cloud-based centralized VMS application. This location shall be defined by PMHA and it is our intention to have the demarcation point
located at PMHA’s Security Office in the 1221 Building on-site. Surveillance shall include inside and outside coverage. It is PMHA’s intent to have 100% outdoor video surveillance coverage and limited indoor coverage at several areas and locations in PMHA’s Community Building. (This SOW shall not exceed 34 Cameras, any excess shall be Stock)
