The City of Holly Hill is accepting Sealed Proposals to provide for material and labor for the Installation of up to eight (8) tidal backflow preventers on existing storm outfalls along Riverside Drive between 2nd Street and 7th Street. The Contractor agrees that the work shall be started not later than the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed and that the total work shall be substantially completed within 120 days and final completion within 30 days of substantial completion.
