The Contractor shall furnish everything, including all labor, supervision, supplies, parts, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to provide full horticultural maintenance service for the complete existing interior plantscapes. The Contractor shall provide these services completely under this full-service contract, which shall be considered all-inclusive, without additional cost of any sort to Somerset County. The Contractor shall be responsible for all work made necessary by ordinary wear and tear, but shall not be responsible for the cost of damage resulting from accidental or malicious misuse or abuse, or vandalism.
