The work under this project consist of Interior Refurbishment of Stonehouse Elementary School and includes, but is not limited to: removal and replacement of floor finishes; concrete slab moisture mitigation; and painting of interior walls and door frames. All shall be completed in accordance with the bid documents, drawings and specifications. The work is to be constructed in two phases during June-August, 2022 (phase 1) and June-August, 2023 (phase 2) timeframe.  Questions due by noon, 1/19/22.
