Sally-Port Addition: This project consists of construction of a new nine hundred and sixty (960) square foot partially open Sally Port to be connected to existing Sally Port. Alpha Renovation: Demo soffit around entire perimeter of Alpha Housing unit to include all exterior insulation finish system (EIFS), any deteriorated or damaged metal framing to existing concrete wall and floor. Removing all existing ductwork, plumbing and damaged electric conduit/boxes. Demo existing doors and frames noted on plans. Bid Deposit Required Bid Bond 5 %
