We will meet at the I.W. Young Auditorium, which is located on the Langston University campus in Langston, OK.

This Standard (Base) Cleaning Specification has been designed to standardize and optimize the cleaning program across the various Client owned buildings. specification the Supplier shall be responsible for other campus-specific and building-specific responsibilities, which shall be included in the overall pricing proposal. Used in conjunction with the additional requirements contained within this specification includes industry best-practices to ensure a healthy and safe environment for the students, faculty, staff, and community in University buildings. In addition to the base cleaning. The contract term shall be from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 for a one-year period with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement.
