The Essex County Park System consists of 24 parks, 5 reservations and variety of community centers, senior centers, and recreation facilities. These specs are to provide porter services for public restroom facilities and buildings throughout the entire Essex County Park System. As one of the region's top recreation destinations, the Essex County Park System strives for its facilities to be a model of cleanliness. This specification is for labor only. All cleaning products, personal protective equipment and cleaning equipment will be provided byt he County of Essex. Essex County reserves the right o also assign these services to another area within the Essex County Park System; including buildings not listed or to be built within the term of this contract. The contract period shall be 24 months from date of award. Prevailing wages.
