Prospective bidders will enter the building through the Atrium entrance and sign-in with the on-duty Boston Protective Services Officer. The Commission will also host an Optional Pre-Bid Tour of the Materials Handling Facility at 180-220 Alford Street, Charlestown following the tour of the Headquarters Facility. Interested parties can meet the Commission’s designated representative at the site.

services for its Headquarters Building, 980 Harrison Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts and
Material Handling Facility, 180-220 Alford Street, Boston, Massachusetts. The term of this contract is for the period beginning April 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024 (33 months). Deadline for questions is February 10, 2022 by 5:00pm.
