The Trinity River Authority (AUTHORITY) is soliciting bids for an annual janitorial services contract, with work to be performed at designated areas of the Central Regional Wastewater System (CRWS) facility located at 6500 Singleton Blvd., Dallas, Texas. This proposal is for the cleaning and maintenance of the resilient floor areas, ceramic tile floors, carpet floor areas, glass window areas, restrooms, stairways, hallways, and offices at the CRWS facility and will include daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cleaning tasks. The term of the bid will be for one year beginning on April 1, 2021 and ending on March 31, 2022.
