Fulton County, Georgia (“County”) is seeking two (2) qualified firms to provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary to provide janitorial services for the County’s Government Center Complex (Group A) and Justice Center Complex (Group B). This project will require the successful Proposers to provide their approach to supplying the services required under this Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposers shall demonstrate their cleaning strategy that is innovative in their approach; maximizes efficiencies using applicable technology while providing a clean and sanitary work and business environment. Proposers must be fully operational and ready to assume responsibilities for this contract and begin cleaning facilities on January 1, 2023, after notification of approval of award by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners.
