Attendance is required for those Offerors wanting to submit a proposal. Offerors must register no later than April 9, 2021 in order to attend. The Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority is seeking a qualified janitorial cleaning services company(s) to provide personnel, transportation, and tools of the trade to clean and maintain: 1) Charles L Williams Terminal Complex (“Airport Terminal Building”), 2) Campus Buildings for the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (“Airport Campus Buildings”) It is the Airport’s intent to contract with a company(s) to provide janitorial cleaning services to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in a cost-effective manner. Offerors need to provide a high level of customer service in a timely and professional manner using industry standards for janitorial cleaning services. Deadline for questions is April 20, 2021 by 10:00am.
