The City of Modesto is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to transform the existing exit road at the Jennings Plant into a two way entrance and exit road to the Jennings Plant and Compost facilities. This project will also improve Jennings Road from Taylor Road to Monte Vista Ave. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. The anticipated time to complete is 150 working days.
